Booking and Refund Policy

Jam Studio booking and refund policy as code of conduct:

Need pre-booking for Jam Studio slots
Pre-booking is only confirmed after advance payment
Once payment is done, it cannot be refunded
For rescheduling, please contact over phone
Any exceed in usage time will be considered as a new slot and will be billed
No food items are allowed inside the Jam Room
No smoking and no alcohols are allowed inside the Jam Room
All items in the Jam room should be properly handled
Any damage in any item will be chargeable to the last user. Please make sure all items are working fine before the use
