Jam Studio booking and refund policy as code of conduct:

• Need pre-booking for Jam Studio slots
• Pre-booking is only confirmed after advance payment
• Once payment is done, it cannot be refunded
• For rescheduling, please contact over phone
• Any exceed in usage time will be considered as a new slot and will be billed
• No food items are allowed inside the Jam Room
• No smoking and no alcohols are allowed inside the Jam Room
• All items in the Jam room should be properly handled 
• Any damage in any item will be chargeable to the last user. Please make sure all items are working fine before the use
